Palladio Announces Concert Series

Though Folsom discontinued Thursday Night Market on Sutter Street, Palladio Mall has stepped up with its own summer tradition – the ‘On Stage’ Summer Concert Series. Every Wednesday from June 6 – August 1, a free concert will be performed at Palladio Mall, with family-friendly bands for all to enjoy. Folsom always has something new!

Button Up Now Open at Palladio

Robin Bernardoni’s second women’s boutique in the area, Button Up, is now open at Palladio Mall. This business is the sister store to Runway Boutique in El Dorado Hills, and sells everything for both mother and daughter alike, from denim to dresses. From casual to special occasion, it is ageless fashion.  Brands include: Level 99, AG, Big Star, Rock Revival, Hudson, Paige and more! The store is located at 330 Palladio Parkway suite 2017.

- Authentic Italian street lights are found throughout the Theatre District. These lights and poles are imported from Italy, manufactured by Neri. Each pole was assembled by craftsman on site and can be found illuminating Via Sole and Via Fiori. World renowned lighting designer, T. Kondos Associates, was instrumental in the selection of these very special features at Palladio.

- Red carpet leads from the Film Festival through the Theatre Plaza to the Theatre entrance. It’s glass surface imparts a glow inviting theatre goers to simply enjoy the surroundings. Over 1,000 square feet of glass surfaced the “red carpet”. The red is created beginning with concrete that is infused with red pigment and accented with recycled red glass to give the sparkling effect.

A Year of Burritos… Free!

Freebirds World Burrito is having its Grand Opening at the Palladio at Broadstone on Thursday. To generate some buzz, they are giving out a year’s worth of free burritos to the first 25 customers.  A free preview is going on today as well – free food for anyone that makes a $5 donation to Twin Lakes Food Bank.

Panera Bread Opens Friday

Palladio Mall is getting bigger every day – the latest restaurant to open will be Panera Bread. Panera Bread is a popular soup & sandwich chain that had been rumored to be joining Palladio for some time. Opening day is Friday December 16th at 6am. They are located at 380 Palladio Dr . Their phone number is 984-4953.

New Businesses Sprouting Up

Quite a few new businesses are popping up in Folsom, which must be a good sign for the economy…

* Chicago Fire @ Palladio had its soft launch today and officially opens Monday.
* Lockdown Brewing Company on Sutter Street enjoyed its successful soft launch.
* Chez Daniel (across from City Hall) is rumored to be open for business (dinner only).
* The Threading Place is now open at Palladio.

Palladio Mall has a number of new tenants lined up and ready to get construction started (or finished)… it looks to be a great 2012 for Palladio!

New Palladio Tenants Emerge

Palladio Mall is slowly adding to its list of tenants. Whole Foods is taking shape, and many well known locations are on the way. Chicago Fire is adding a 4th location, Chops, Freebird World Burrito, Toby Keith’s I love this Bar & Grill, and Panera Bread are all slated to join as well, according to Elliott Homes.

Chicago Fire Coming to Palladio

Folsom’s most popular pizzeria, Chicago Fire, will be adding its fourth location in the Palladio Mall. The key to its success? The pizza and ambiance. The restaurant even tries to get its water similar to Chicago’s so the pizza tastes similar. Owners hope construction to be finished by November 1.

Spaghetti Slingers Coming Soon

Palladio Mall seems to have inked another restaurant in the near future – Spaghetti Slingers has a website set up with Palladio Mall as the location, next to the movie theater. It appears they have hit a snag however, as October 25 2010 was the last update on the progress. No new construction seems to be under way, so either they are running in to permit problems or funding issues.
