Time to Pay Up
Effective January 1, Folsom will begin metering water usage within the city. The meters are part of the city's efforts to meter the entire city by 2013, which is the state law. Residents in affected areas may see their water bills triple in the hot summer months. Story in the Bee.Labels: future, taxes, water meters
