MyFolsom Foodies & Fun
CW68 hosted a group of MyFolsomite Foodies at her house on April 4th, with cookbook author Ann Martin Rolke. She demonstrated three recipes from her new book Hands-Off Cooking: Low-Supervision, High-Flavor Meals for Busy People. Ann treated the group of about 25 to recipes of hers including pumpkin lasagna, an Asian-inspired dish of noodles with meat sauce called Ants Climbing a Tree, and two cucumber salads.
