Kikkoman Sending Kids to Japan
Soy Sauce giant Kikkoman Foods, which has a large plant here in Folsom, is sponsoring 3 kids from the Folsom-Cordova area to take a scholarship tour of Japan. More Sake & Soy Sauce!
Local Japanese imports Kikkoman Foods and Gekkeikan Sake plan on boosting their footprint in Folsom. Kikkoman will expand by 20%, while Gekkeikan will double in size. The project will increase the sake factory's investment in Folsom to $12 million.
