That's Our New College Up On That Hill!
The structure you have seen being created on top of the hill near Home Depot is not an elementary scholl, nor is it a church. That's part of Folsom Lake College, which will likely soon be a 20,000-student community college, tucked away in the Folsom Hills. In 2004, Folsom Lake College will gain independence and no longer be considered a satellite campus of Consumnes River College... with many phases of expansion forthcoming, we've only seen the beginning of a brand new part of Folsom.
