Go to an Open House

Rates may be up, but the Folsom market is still hot. Come see what your money buys at this weekend’s open houses. Whether you’re looking for that $459,000 starter home or the $1.9mil palace, they’re open this weekend.

Check out the open house list here

Check out the Lakes

If all of that activity gets you worked up, a great way to relax is to take a walk at Folsom Lake or Lake Natoma. With hills covered in blooming trees, lupine and other wildflowers, tranquil spots to sit and relax, and nature all around, this is one of our town’s favorite past times.

If you see me out there, say hello!

Have a great weekend!
