What's With the Water?
While a proposed rate increase on water rates is scheduled to go before public review, the City of Folsom is also trying to prepare for the future, in event of a major drought. The likelihood of expanding the city may have an impact, as Folsom will have less water to go around in low water years. Folsom hopes to have a 'dry-year plan' in place by 2009.
