Emma's Place Still Grounded

One of the last remaining question marks to the new light rail station in historic Folsom is Emma's Place. The historic brothel is planned to be moved about a mile away, however the roof may not clear light rail lines and the house is plagued with lead-based paint and mold throughout the house. Emma's Place is expected to be made a Montessouri School after its renovation. Story in the Sacramento Bee
