Citizens Demand a Voice
Folsom citizens seem to be unconcerned with growth south of Highway 50, however, they are concerned about poor planning of growth. Around 250 people attended workshops about the city's plans to annex 3600 acres. Rain Dump Not Unusual
Though Folsom and California have been getting a significant amount of rain lately, it's not likely that it is a presursor to above-average rainfall, at least according to climatologists. It may be an "El Nino" season, but it is classified as a "weak-warm" El Nino. Say What? The Telegraph explains.
