Folsom Growth Initiative Thrown Out

A grassroots effort was put together within the last year, in an effort to curb growth south of US 50 significantly. The initiative was aimed to add two lanes to Highway 50, preserve all oak trees, maintain 50% of the land in farming, and requiring voter approval for expansion.
