Sutter Street Parking Garage Getting Mixed Reviews
The city's plans to build a parking structure on Sutter Street is not getting favorable reviews from business owners and neighbors. Even though the land is not for sale on the market, the city could esentially take it via eminent domain, according to Joe Luchi, the city's economic development coordinator. The property owner and several business owners in the area are not impressed by the city's proposal. More is in the Bee.
