Folsom Representative Doug Ose has completed the first milestone towards getting a new 4-lane bridge in lieu of th Dam Road, as he has gotten the bill approved by the House Resources Subcommittee on Water and Power. Next step is the Resources Committee, then the House. It's long-term chances are unknown, as it may likely get thrown in the Matsui/Doolittle debate over the Folsom & Auburn Dam.
